Title: 990FXA-UD3 (rev 4.0) Not Starting, Black Screen after post

Hi Guys,
Really need some help here.
Just purchased this MOBO. Installed Windows 8.1 from a usb stick. Everything fine but never able to get into the BIOS since after the splash screen any key I pressed always took me to a black screen.
I tried after reading the manual to Clear the Cmos Jumper with no good news. After that I removed the battery and kept it out for an hour.
NOW, it got worse!!! not even Windows boots.
I unplugged all power sources, removed memory, unplugged GPU's etc...
Any ideas??? I am going crazy here!!!

AMD FX 8350
8GB DDR3-10600
Sapphire R9 280x Tri-x
Seagate 1tb Barracuda.

Have you fully updated bios if not might be worth a shot otherwise I would RMA the motherboard thru where I bought it or gigabyte itself.
