It says that fix audio function under Win7/8 but please someone tell me what exactly fixes because many people have problems with flashing BIOS even this MoBo "have" dual BIOS ???I dont want to flash to this beta BIOS unless I really have to.
-
On drivers page it says that I should reflash BIOS with latest version before I install audio driver.I am confused. Can I install audio driver without flashing BIOS to latest beta version???
-
I would suggest loading the new audio driver and see if that causes any problems. If it does you could revert back to the previous driver. This assumes you are not currently experiencing an audio problem. If you do have audio problems, you could wait until a non beta BIOS is available, then flash to it, then do the audio driver update. If you currently have no problems, leave well alone. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

But where to find older audio driver? On drivers page there is only new driver

You can get any of the drivers from the via website -search for VT2021
You can also try an internet search or the station drivers website.
Do you have a problem with your sound ? Is it working ok?
If it isnt broken dont fixit as they say!

I assume you currently have sound? If so, to get back to the previous driver after updating, you can roll back via Device Manager, the previous driver will still be on your computer.
