Title: gtx780 ghz edition

hi my system specs are
i5 3570k
z77x-ud5h
16gb ram 1600mhz
120gb intel ssd
creative zxr
ax760 psu
windows7 64 bit

my problem is after installing the 780 I can no longer enter my bios when I press delete I get a black screen & debug code a9. the gpu drivers were a clean install I have tried the clear cmos take battery out updated mb bios from f14 to newest beta bios f15q still cant enter bios however if I put my msi gtx 670 back in I can. could someone please HELP. its doing my nut in. when gaming I am also getting the odd black screen with the sound remaining and it then recovers itself.

thanks for all of the assistance and suggestions without which I would of never of solved this baffling befuddling conundrum of a problem. it was simple really  ;D
