Title: G1 sniper z87 fan control problem!

Need help people!

I cant change speed on my cpu fan, it runs at 100%.
I have been in bios and changed  to normal in pc health status on cpu fan speed control and after chnged in smart fan but noyhing happens.
I have CM Hyper 212 Evo and Corsair Air series SP120 High Performance plzz help!

Do you have it plug into the CPU Fan header and not the CPU_OPT header?
