Max wattage from a motherboard cpu fan connector or chasis
need connect 3pin fan connector of the pump 12V 18W
18W is to much?

This would mean 1,5 Amps.It s a little risky ,i think the CPU fan should take like 1 Amp max ,but i could be wrong.
Use an adapter to a molex and connect directly to the PSU to be safe.
Those Nikos mosfets ,used to drive fans on GIgabyte boards (they are not used in CPU VRM stages to our luck), are strange mosfets.
In general Nikos mosfets die fast when they overheat and other 2 mobo manufacturers learned it the hard way when they were burning in the CPU VRM areas :).
So do not force them :)
Be safe and connect directly to the PSU the pump.
With the right adapter you will have the sensing pin available on a connector so you are able to monitor the pump only ,without feeding it from the CPU fan.
Such adapter has only the yellow/sensing wire available to connect on the mobo only ,for monitoring purposes
