Title: GIGABYTE GA-Z87x-UDH3: ON/OFF CHARGE NOT WORKING PROPERLY

A few days ago, my ON/OFF charge started to malfunction for all of my ios devices, the iPod 5g (jailbreak) and iPad 2 (no jailbreak) used to charge when I plugged it in when the computer was off. Now I have to plug in first then shutdown the computer for it to charge   :( . My Samsung Galaxy S3 however can charge when plugged in after shutdown  ??? . Help please?
