I find this UEFI frustrating (THERE SO MUCH I DONT UNDERSTAND) is it possible to go back to the old legacy BIOS? ive only had this PC about 2 weeks and i cant get XMARKS ( FREE Bookmark Sync ) to run yet ive had it for 10yrs. it loads in but dosnt load the bookmark toolbar below the search bar.
2) Logitech camera C920 loads in again (Win 7 UTL UEFI bios) but it does not load the camera, there is  a circle with a line thought it, which says  its not loaded. The camera can see things and i can see what the camera can see ,but i cant do anything to the camera (coz its not there).
They both were working on my old PC (Win 7 PRO normal BIOS) So i was wondering if going back to the old LEGACY  BIOS will enable them to work again.

Nothing wrong with UEFI - just install Win7 from scratch and in the bios leave everything on *auto* - if you have XMP ram choose the correct ram profile, save bios and it will boot instantly. Do not try manual timing settings.
