Hi
My B75M-D3H has BIOS F4 that it came with, can I update it directly to the lastest BIOS that shows on gigabyte page (F15)? The safest way is to put it on a pendrive formated in FAT32 and use Q-FLASH right?
The reason I want to update its because lately I have been experiencing some instability in my system. I've been trying everything I can to figure it out. A MOBO BIOS update has been recomended before.
My specs are I5 3550, 8GB RAM1600, SSD 120g, HDD 500gb, VGA AMD R9280x. PSU Corsair GS700 Windows 7 64 bits.

Hi there,
yes, you can flash straight to the latest BIOS. But it is often better to take your time and to update in small jumps when there is a large gap between BIOS versions.
