i have a pc on win 8.1 64 bits  i recently installed acronis on it the program is running fine. but i have a problem the pc doesn't boot on my usb bootable flashdrive (linux boot system).The motherbard is ga ma 790fx-ds5, the usb bootable flashdrive works on another pc with a gigabyte 890xa-ud3 wich is with win 7 64bits.
i am asking if i flash the bios of the 790fx-ds5 and intall the bios of the 890xa-ud3 if this would be compatible on the first motherboard and run properly

I think what you want to do is flash one board bois to the other board right. If that is so the answer would NO

How do you have it setup to boot from:

First/Second/Third Boot Device

Specifies the boot order from the available devices. Use the up or down arrow key to select a
device and press <Enter> to accept.

Options are: Floppy, LS120, Hard Disk, CDROM, ZIP,
USB-FDD, USB-ZIP, USB-CDROM, USB-HDD, Legacy LAN, Disabled.
