On Gigabyte's site, it lists that the H87N-WIFI has an F5 BIOS, but I haven't tried it since it's not listed for the rev 2.0 board. However the F4 BIOS is cross listed for both 1.x and 2.0 revisions.
Anyone tried flashing F5 to their 2.0 board? Safe to try?

If you are not having a problem than don't update to that bios. Plus that update is for the 4th Generation CPU's and not for you board.
Maybe they were having a problem with the CPU's on the 1.0 boards. Where they are not on the 2.0 boards.
Because the bios is out there that doesn't mean you have to update too it. I have see more people that were not having problems till they did a bios
update.
One other thing is I seen somebody do that one time where they did the wrong version board update and change their board into another version board.

Actually I am having a problem, that's why I considered doing it.
Machine after leaving it off overnight, the first few startups will result in either a freeze or a spontaneous reboot. Tried RMAing the board with the store and still doing the same thing. Only thing that can cure it is to run one DIMM only. I'm suspecting it's the CPU since there has been reports about similar issues with two DIMMs, but thought I'd try the BIOS.
