The only way is to do a clean install
1.-Only with original DVD, not usb
2.-All UEFI mode in bios
3.-Booting with DVD in
4.-Delete partition (1 only) .
5.--Press: ALT + F10
6.-In DOS: push: Diskpart
Select  Disk 0
Clean
Exit
7.-Push refresh, check out no error message
8 - Choose new partition, with the total (3 partitions will be formed)
9.-Install
Note: the video card should be UEFi

no fast boot in bios?

The answer is NO. The only way you will get it to fast boot if you are installing windows 8. Plus the way he is telling you how to do it.

Windows 7 doesn't really use UEFI. Where windows 8 does.
