Title: Motherboard GA-X79-UD3 BIOS F20 unable to change CPU (i7-4720K) Multiplier

Hello folks! Searching for you advise.

All as listed above:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-X79-UD3 with BIOS F20 (the latest one)

Still unable to change CPU (i7-4720K) Multiplier via BIOS though  the CPU the opened multiplier?

Whats the clue?
