I have a question about CPU support for the Z97X-UD5H motherboard. I have checked the CPU support list and currently Devil's Canyon CPUs are not listed as of yet.
I am planning to purchase the Z97X-UD5H once the i7-4790K is released but my main concern is whether the Z97X-UD5H will require a bios update to recognize the CPU or not since I do not have any other 1150 CPUs.
Also I know for Asus motherboards have a feature called Flashback that allows you to flash the bios without a CPU, wondering if Gigabyte motherboards have a similar feature in case I need a bios update to use the i7-4790K.
