Hi,
I have two PC's with identical specs...
Z87X-D3H
I7 4770k
2 x 128GB SSD RAID 0
16GB Ram
Nvidia GTX 760 2GB
Neither of these PC's will successfully reboot!
When I click reboot the PC cycles but as soon as it switches off, it switches back on again but the monitors go into standby... the HDD light on the chassis doesn't flash but the power light is on.. fans and internals are obviously alive but nothing loads..
The only way to get the PC to start again is pressing the restart switch on the case.
The BIOS is the latest version (F8).. I have also rebuilt the PC's several times and are both running Windows 8.1.1 Professional.
All firmware's for components are also the latest... I have switched off secure boot and it is currently on Legacy only... fast boot is also off.. still no luck!
I believe this is a MB issue as I have identical specs in other PC's but with MSI MB's which work perfectly.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I know this might sound kind of stupid but it could be the monitor causing the problem. I have to look for it but there was some body else that had almost the same problem and it turn out to be the monitor.
