on Gigabyte 970A-UD3P. I changed evrything to Legacy bios option but Uefi bios still boots.
-
Change it uefi and legacy then hot F10 and save and exit when in uefi bios hit the F2 key and it will change it to classic view.

doesnt work that way,

What operating system are you using windows 8?
-
Does the bios show the 1st boot Windows Boot Manger. If it does go down through the list to fine the hard drive or SSD you are booting too.
You might have to go into the hard drive boot priority to set it it there first. Then when you boot you might have to do a boot repair with your windows disk.
