Title: geforce gtx750 ti-oc-2gd5 compatible with mobo asus p5e deluxe?

I need to replace my old gpu 4870x2, with a more recent gpu, in a asus p5e deluxe mobo. Can someone tell me if geforce gtx750 ti-oc-2gd5, is compatible with this motherboard?

My specs :

w7 64 bits
4 gb gskill (upgrade to 8gb)
gpu 4870x2
asus p5e deluxe mobo

I bought that gpu too but can't seem to work on my gigabyte mobo. I tried it to my brother who has the same mobo as yours and it worked fine.
