Title: Help please with Bios, GA-Z97X GAMING G1 WIFI-BK

So I built a new computer and have the GA-Z97X GAMING G1 WIFI-BK motherboard.

I'm waiting for my new video card to show up tomorrow and will be using on board video for right now. questions i have are:

1. right now the only way i can see the bios is if i use my old monitor with dvi on it. the new one i bought Samsung only have hdmi and display port.
Am i stuck? or is there a way to change this?

2. when i get my new video card and assign the first pci express port to the new card, if im only using display port will i have the same problem?


New monitor - i don't see post to enter bios. connecting with display port.
old one with dvi connection i do....

That has been an issue for a long time. Why I use DVI for both monitors. HDMI is a no go and I have the R9 280x. The same motherboard except it isn't the wifi edition.
