Title: Aivia Osmium UK RMA?

Hi.  I bought this keyboard just over a year ago, i believe the warranty period is 2 years however i cant find any info on the RMA procedure for keyboards in the uk.  Hopefully someone can fill me in :)

Hi there,

the usual procedure for Warranty returns in the UK is to contact the place where you purchased the item and technically they should deal with it for you.
