I would greatly appreciate any replies, Id rather not spend more than 40 bucks.. I normally just use the heatsink that comes with the cpu but it showed up today without a heatsink or fan.. I just wanna make sure it will fit properly etc..

wont a zalman 9500 fit in your case they also make low profile heatsinks. Any one that fits socket lga 2011 would work I would say you are more limited by size of case.
Besides I didn't see any on your list I have used before so cant honestly tell you one or the other.

ok thanks. I wasn't sure if there was a particular one I needed but I think any one with the fan topside would fit up with the board.

It actually requires a Sqaure type.. The narrow ones appear to be for dual cpu boards which have little room..

I see your in Canada. Here is a little more selection.

I've used Arctic Cooling in the past, still have one on a spare pc. No issues at all with them.
Any tower cooler would work well. As long as you have at least a mid tower for a case.

Plus when you put the paste on the CPU only use a little bit. The paste is only for filling in the cracks of the metal.
