Title: GA-Z87X-UD3H takes 3-10 hits on the Power Button in order to turn on the PC
Post by: Yaron on August 06, 2014, 12:50:11 am
Hi all,
My system is
Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H - Bios Version F9 (using Load Optimized Defaults, ErP disabled)
Intel Haswell i7-4770K
Seasonic X-650
Fractal Define R4

I'm having a the following behavior:
After shutdown, It takes me 3-10 hits on the power button in order to turn on the PC
Does this make any sense?

I upload it to the following youtube video  (you can hear I'm hitting the power button 7 times before the PC in turned on)

Where do you think problem is - BIOS \ MotherBoard \ PSU ?

Thanks

I would make sure bios is updated then as a second step if that doesn't help try a different psu.   Make sure all connections on mother board are secure.
