If Turbo is disabled,it causes double boot
Powers on, spin fans, turns off, and then boots normaly.

Does version F1 work any better?

that happens on f1 wich is also first release

Rev 1.0 AM3+ boards will never ever get updates.
Get used with this.
AWARD BIOS-es are there to stay as they are.

Hmm...
Have you also tried F2e 2.77 MB 2014/09/01, 1. Beta BIOS 2. Update CPU AGESA code ?

Double boot happens on all of the ud3p boards. It a known issue. If I enable turbo its gone. But i dont need turbo.
Didnt try new bios, will ask on oc.net forum if anyone fixed it with new bios.

But I don't need turbo.
I would just leave enabled. Most of the times it does get to that point where it kicks in. It might kick in running a game. But most of the time you don't even use all of your CPU. At this point I'm only using 36% of the CPU.
That is why I don't OC myself. Let see here My CPU is running at 1.40 Ghz most of the time. When playing a game It might reach the 3.30 Ghz maybe. But most of the time it will only run about 25 to 40% when playing a game.
