Title: Gigabyte GA-H61M-SP2-B3 Missing backplate
Post by: Supermassivescum on August 11, 2014, 11:01:34 am
Hey!

First off, sorry if I've put this in the wrong place, I'm quite new to forums!

Heres my situation:

A few years back I bought a Gigabyte GA-H61M-SP2-B3 motherboard for a computer I was building at the time, anyhow since then I've built a number of different PC's and I'm now using the motherboard in a smaller more portable case, however in between the many case transitions this board has made I've lost the I/O plate and I can't find anywhere to get them on the web! Can they be bought directly from gigabyte (I've checked the website and I've not seen anything) or from anywhere else?

Thank you! ;D

You can try to match it up with one on this site.

I also found this from another forum.
Just a quick note to let you all (or at least those that did not) that you can get I/O shields for Gigabyte mobos directly for Gigabyte for only $3.00.....plus $6.00 shipping. It still beats what most auction sites sell them for. Email Gigabyte at services@gigabyteusa.com with what you need and they will email you back an order form that you can email back to them to order. I'm sure they are not the only mobo company that does this so check around.
