Title: G1 Sniper m3 No network

When I boot my PC from cold boot the network doesn't show and I have to restart the pc or go to device manger and disable & enable it for it to work.

It has been a problem on Windows 7 64X and Windows 8.1 64x

I have tried reinstalling the installing drivers from gigabyte site and Intel.
I feel this must be a hardware problem, any help would be very appreciated.

Bios F9
8.00GB RAM
Intel i7-3770k

I would try bios f10f and see if it improves it.

This solved my problem but I had to install windows 8 in a freshly formatted drive as it kept restarting the pc.
