Title: GA-970A-DS3P - Delayed Power On

I recently needed to change my motherboard so bought a GA-970A-DS3P.

When I hit the power button, the PC runs for a second, then powers off. Leave it for 10-15 seconds and it then boots as normal. I figured it was my PSU, so fitted a replacement last night, but it still does it.

UEFI version is F2h

UEFI update F2i fixed the problem.

that happens on ud3p if turbo is disabled (PCB)
