Title: About Psu for Gtx 660

Hello Everybody

I just bought a gigabyte gtx 660 2gb ddr5  oc & i just noticed that it needs a 450 w power supply . but i have a 300w psu . I'm going to get a new one but i have some questions :
                                    - Can i use a standard 450w psu ( not a certified one ) ?
                                    - Am i obliged to get a psu with 24 A ?
 




Btw i'm using a dell vostro 260
4 gb ram ddr 3
gt 610 2 gb
intel i3 2120 @3.3Ghz
 


i'm kinda new to these things so i wish that u can help me out
