When I have had this problem on different 900 Series chipset motherboards from many different makers it usually has been solved by
changing my USB keyboards to a PS/2 keyboard, just for entry and changes in the BIOS.  After I am done and have saved the
changes in my BIOS and a clean reboot I change back to my USB keyboard.  I keep a PS/2 one just for BIOS changes on my six machines.
