Hello!
I'm new here, so I hope I'm posting this in the correct section.
Anyways, I have gigabyte z97x gaming 3 motherboard and I've installed windows 8.1 recently. Updated everything from the CD that came with the motherboard.
However, under computer management, I have a section "Other devices" and under there, there's a SM Bus Controller with a yellow questionmark. Under properties, I have the following error:
"The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
There are no compatible drivers for this device.
To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver."
I tried the official windows function, search for drivers, which found nothing. On the official site, I can't for the love of God find these drivers.
Any kind of help is greatly appreciated!

Had that same thing happen to me on my gaming g1. I think what I did was uninstall them then restarted and when it came up pointed it to my gigabyte disk driver folder and they installed. I am using windows 7 though.
