Title: gigabyte ga-z87m-d3h freezing

just build new pc itel core i7 4770k, palit gtx 650 2gb gddr5, 1 stick g-skill 8gb., 1tb WD sata drive and thermal take 600watts.., everything works fine but freezes everytime I plugged my wireless interne (mobile wi-fi and wi-fi dongle) reset button won't make it off., Ihave to push power button for a few sec to switch off and re start again, while the wireless lan still plugged during re start, still it freeze even at the bios set up., anybody got an Idea why is it happening?

First did you install the wireless drivers first?  Did you install drivers off disk.  If you installed off disk uninstall everything and just restart with dongle plugged in and let windows find drivers.

What OS are you using it could be if using windows 8 that it is not compatible.

I already uninstall and install the drivers., I'm using windows 7 ultimate., I don't think its os related because it freezes even at the bios, ram is good with no error with memtest., bios updated to the latest version.,

Definately your wi-fi dongle is not compatible with your board/BIOS/drivers......
