Title: wireless cards

Hi I have a wireless card that came with my Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UP5 TH my daughter has a Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H (rev. 2.1) would the same wireless card work on her motherboard and if so where can I buy one from.

I don't see why one of these cards wouldn't work. You can always test it with your existing card before buying one. Not sure exactly where you can get one from though if you decide to get one.

That said, I do have one sitting in my odds & sods drawer that I am not using, if you can't get hold of one pm me with your details and I'll send it to you.

I just upgraded a computer for some one. The MB I took out was ABit and the board I put in was Evga. The abit had a wireless card that came with it.

The wireless cards are mostly made by some body else and not by the MB company. So if you have the drivers it should work.
