My story:
Migrate from z87 to x99, connect everything the same way as z87.
First boot, can boot into windows, everything worked after reinstalling drivers.
I restarted and tried to enter bios (ver F5), no hope with A9 code then blank screen with signal.
Then I updated bios from F5 to F9c, no hope, same results.
Tried to clear CMOS, even worse, cannot even boot into windows.
Now I don't even know what to do.

Try BIOS F9d (is on TT forum..as you also posted there...).
What is your PSU?
Any USB attached ?
Try with minimal hardware.

Unplug all the USB devices from your PC (with the exception of your keyboard and mouse). Then try to boot up your machine. My guess is it will start just fine.
