Title: FM2+ AMD APUs vs FM2+ Athlon x4 860k

FM2+ AMD APUs offer native support for 8 GT/s PCI Express gen 3.0 .............!

I am interested in Athlon x4 860k ,which is also Kaveri FM2+ family ,,,,,,,,will support or not PCI Express 3.0.........?

According to unconfirmed information,
than PCI Express gen 3.0 ,,,,,,,amd x4 860k also support Unified Video Decoder 4.0 and Video Coding Engine 2.0

It cant have UVD engine as it is a CPU only.

The PCI-E 3.0 is a feature for Kaveri APU-s that it has ,the only way you get PCI-E 3.0 with AMD is using Kaveri based APU/CPU.
The 860K looks like a great choice.
