had to change my motherboard from intel dh67cl to z77-d3h.. I didnt delete any drivers of old mobo. just switched and sold the previous one. Now my first priority was to keep the windows and boot the system.. that didnt work so I wiped my C drive and tried to install a fresh copy of windows. but Everytime I try to do that, it gives me several types of Blue screens..One that comes most is about the "missing kernel" ntoskrnl.exe missing.. and the installation never gets above 20%..
one more thing ..I dont have a usb at the moment.. cannot update my bios through q-flash..
any help would be great..

2 options, clean your dvd or better yet burn a copy of your dvd. Your motherboard is windows 8 ready so has to be a smudge on your dvd or a small scratch. You can always try a secure wipe but I think it is more DVD related if that is what you are installing from.

Thanks for the help but I found the solution :P :P.. Either one of the two below has done the trick and I managed to install windows..
1) I removed 2 or my 3 Ram sticks and left only one 2gb stick on the board..
2)I disconnected the internal USB 3.0 port from my case.
One the very first time of installing windows, I was successful..

I am glad to hear you got it sorted. I always build bare then after windows is installed add the rest as in ram, spare hard drives and so on. Just figured most everyone did the same ....lol
