GA-X99-UD4
i7-5830K 3.50GHz
Crucial 64G, 8Gx8 DDR4 2133 1.2v DR x8 UDIMM 288p CT4C8G4DFD8213
CORSAIR CX750W
CORSAIR H60 liquid CPU cooler
WDC WD10EZEX1T SATA
Samsung SSD 840EVO 120G
GIGABYTE geforce 210
ubuntu 14.04LTS

I wish that use this machine for source code build computing, need big memory and high speed CPU, but...

When I install 32G, 48G, 64G memory, GA-X99-UD4 always reboot every 10s again and again. Only 16G memory can be worked, I setup ubuntu 14.04 LTS with 16G memory, it worked fine more than 3 days without any reboot or crash. But I can not install more memory.

only DDR4_3_1B/DDR4_7_1D work.

I try my every 8G memory module to different memory sockets in motherboard follow the user's manual, flash to last BIOS version to F9, load default BIOS config, clean CMOS, change power and remove USB keyboard and mouse, remove HD and SSD, CAN NOT WORK!!!

Only 16G worked, are you sure it support 64G? Anybody install memory more than 16G?

What's wrong with you, GIGABYTE?
