Title: P55-UD3P BIOS

i have downloaded f7 bios but i dont know how to do it cause i never done it before i hope anyone can tell me the steps to do it . i also have flash drive

you have 2 solutions :
-@bios   http://www.gigabyte.fr/FileList/NewTech/old_motherboard_newtech/tech_a_bios.htm

-Qflash http://www.gigabyte.fr/FileList/NewTech/old_motherboard_newtech/flashbios_qflash.pdf

I prefer Qflash, i use it with an USB key in Fat32

thanks for replying i did everything right at qflash but it didnt read my flash drive :( i dont know why
