Title: GA-970A-DS3 (rev 1.0) cpu question

got amd FX-6300 can i put FX-9370 on this motherboard? i searched around and what i can gather is that it seems "ify".  Any reason for this?

I wouldn't put a 220 watt CPU on this board and expect it to live. Max TDP of this board is rated at 125 watts.
