Title: GA-M55sli-s4 rev 1.0 wont recognize my new graphic card sapphie 5450

Hi everyone,

So it seem to be like there isn't any problem with the motherboard since he can recongize old graphic cards.
I lately bought sapphire radeon hd 5450 1gb ddr3 graphic card,but after connecting it and turn the pc on there were nothing on the screen.

I tried to update my bios to the latest i could find (F11J) but it didnt help either.
The only help i could find was in this topic http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?p=1035655832.
In which the op claim he got beta version bios from gigabyte that helped him , but im not sure how trustworthy is it since i couldn't find any reminder to this bios version anywhere

Please assist :)

your best bet is to email gigabyte support and see if they have a beta bios that will work. That board is old so that is most likely what you need.

So i sent to gigabyte support an e-mail , and they replayed, to my surprise i got replayed after only  2 days.
They sent me a beta bios and now its ok.

So first thx for the suggestion and 2nd to the amazing gigabyte service.
