Hello,
I have a GA-H77-D3H rev 1.1 motherboard with the firmware F15 and recently I got my first USB3 device and I couldn't make it work on the USB3 Ports.
This is the device: Sharkoon 5-BAY RAID Box (http://www.sharkoon.com/?q=en/node/1809)
I have the Eltron and Intel drivers and the chipstet drivers installed, and I think the BIOS is correctly configured. I even updated it to the latest stable version.

Did you olug it in after windows has loaded and does it do the same thing?

Yes, I've tried plugging the cable before and after Windows startup and it does nothing. Sometimes, depending on the USB 3 that I use, Windows make a sound like it detected the device, but nothing shows up. In Drive Management the disk drives doesn't show up, so it's not a problem where the drives don't have a letter assigned.
I'd like to add that USB 2.1 devices work fine on the USB 3 ports and that the Raid Box also works fine plugged on USB 2.1 port. So looks like it's a USB 3 on USB 3 problem. :(
Thanks for the help!

It could be that the eltron drivers are not right. There has been a lot of post about eltron drivers causing problems. I would say your USB3 drivers ( Eltron ) are not mature yet. To many post about eltron drivers like I said or it could be they don't support your Raid box.
