Hi all.Sorry for mu poor english.I'm not from english language country.I hope you understand me.
My pc specs:
Athlon II x4 640
GA M61PME-S2P (with bios F7b)
2x2 GB Ram (800 MHz)
GT440 OC 1 GB GDDR3 from Gigabyte
PSU- OCZ ZS 550W
My motherboard has PCI-E X16 1.1. I want to buy new graphic card (one of them:HD 7750, HD 7770, R7 250 or GTX 650, Gt740 (all card with GDDR5 and manufactured by Gigabyte of course ).I don't have money to buy new mobo and drr3 ram.I want to know about compatibility PCI-E 1.1 from my motherboard with those cards.It will be working?

They are all backward compatible so you can run a 2.0 or 3.0 you just wont get the full effect out of them. But they will run. The only thing you have to worry about is that newer cards sometimes need a bios update to make them run.
In that case email gigabyte support and see if they have a bios update for your board for the card you want to run. I would email them before buying the card.
