Title: GA-X99 UD4 loops on bootup after updating BIOS to V.F11 using @Bios

Hello Experts,

I got a new GA-X99 UD4 last week. Today, after updating BIOS to Version F11, using @BIOS in windows and restarting when prompted, the computer just keeps looping and would not accept any keyboard inputs. It restarts fast and zooms through the boot screen accepting no input. How can I resolve this issue?
