Title: BIOS problem does not cost GA-EP43-S3L

Motherboard Gigabyte GA-EP43-S3L
Started the motherboard works fine.
I want to format and install windows 7 windows 7 new.
Surprise rising black screen with the message (see picture).
I tried to stress DEL F12 and another does not help. Also replaces another hard disk this same message :-\

You can try updating bios.
