Title: GV-N970WF3OC-4GD: Can't flash F41 BIOS from F40

http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5212#bios shows a new F41 BIOS for the GV-N970WF3OC-4GD.  VGA@BIOS throws an error and will not flash on to the F40 BIOS.  I already understand Dual BIOS and have made sure the BIOS IDs match, DP BIOS to DP BIOS.

I have noticed that there appears to be some sort of signature check failure and subsequent Cert. Verification error failure.  Is there some sort of mismatch?

I have exactly the same issue, but with an FB0 BIOS trting to go to FB1. Same card, same issue.
I tried contacting Gigabyte's support, but they refused to help, as I bought the card in one country, ended up moving elsewhere and then contacted support. They simply told me to go back to the shop where I bout the card...
The card is causing games to crash and I was hoping a BIOS upgrade would solve it, but it seems like I've wasted my money on a card that will never work properly  >:(
