That is a driver problem. Atikmpag.sys
This mine that I get: atikmdag.sys atikmdag.sys+28ece fffff880`0f868000 fffff880`10778000 0x00f10000 0x53508a3c ATI Radeon Family ATI Radeon Kernel Mode Driver 8.01.01.1390 Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. C:\Windows\system32\drivers\atikmdag.sys
I don't put my computers into sleep mode ever. But I was still getting a BSOD. I haven't got a BSOD for some times now. Maybe go back to a old driver. They have done changes on on their drivers on the last two updates. I can't run them.
One thing you can try is go to the video card site and see if they have a driver. I have always used ATI site. But I just read some body that couldn't install their driver. He went the card company and it work.

One thing you could try and uninstall everything. Then just install the driver without the CCCenter.
