Title: gigabyte gaming 7 z97 motherboard

I recently bought this motherboard about a month ago it's been running fine. But I looked at the debug code recently and it has a D3 is this something I should worry about or is this ok. I have a intel i5 4670k not overclocked a xfx dd 4gb ddr 5 graphics card a 750w power supply 2 sticks of 4gb ddr3 2133 memory and Windows 8.1
