Title: Dual Bios switch?

Hi I have an R9 280x rev 2 with the dual bios switch. Now is one of these locked or can both be flashed with a new bios? If someone can just clearly explain how the dual bios thing works that would be awesome!

Position 2-stock,position 1-for flashing,but if you no any problems-do not flash BIOS.
