Hi All,
I have just put together a new desktop PC using a GA-Z97N, G3258 CPU, 16Gb Ram, 250GB SSD and am wanting to do some bench mark performance tests. Can anyone pls advise the best method/ s/w for doing this. I'd like to set a benchmark so I can test any subsequent performance improvements I make with upgrades &/or overclocking.
Many thanks, John

RealBench V2

I use RealBench V2 in a 15 minute stress test to test my overclocking. It has a choice of benchmark or stress test to run.
OCCT can be used as shorter time period stress test.

I run CPU-Z and Intel Extreme Tuning Utility to monitor system and CPU temperature at the same time as the above programs.

Another benchmark I use when finished stress testing is Futuremark 3DMark and PCMark 7.
