Mobo : Z68X-UD5-B3
Drivers page: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3848&dl=1&RWD=0#driver
For Inter Rapid Storage Technology app/software/driver - it lists ver 12.8.0.1016
On Intel site https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24779#help
Lists ver 13.6.0.1002
Think I should stick with 12.8 or possibly try 13.6 ?

You having problems with the driver you are using? If you are not leave well enough a lone. I'm not saying don't update. I have followed a golden rule for almost thirty years. If it isn't broke don't fix it. ;)
Driver & bios updates are mostly for people that are having problems. Yes you can update to those updates. But any time you update something you are taking 50/50 chance something is going to go wrong. ;D
