Title: Buzzing (EMI?) using Onboard Audio on GA-97X-Gaming 5

Hi guys,

I just changed Motherboard and CPU to a GA-97X-Gaming 5 with a i5 4690k. GPU is R9 290.

Suddenly I hear buzzing sounds in my headphones which sounds like EMI... but only while gaming. I tried moving the headphones to the front audio panel, and behold, the buzzing was gone.

• It seems to be occurring only while the GPU is under load.
• Only occurs on the rear ports not the front panel
• Muting the microphone does nothing
• Changing the GPU slot did not help
• Did not occur on the old motherboard
• I don't have a sound card to test with.
• Isolating the sound cables from the other cables did not help

Any suggestions?
