Title: My New PC Build wont load windows, and would freeze on random steps of install.

My Build is based on the JackFrags video, and all the parts are suggested by him. (A very reputable Youtuber)

My specs are:

2GB Sapphire R9 270X Dual-X Boost OC, 28nm GDDR5, GPU Clock 1020MHz (Boost 1070MHz) 1280 Streams, DP/DVI/HDMI

1600MHz RAM Speed, CAS 9-9-9-24 Timings, 1.5v VDIMM]

AMD FX 6300 Black Edition, Vishera, Six Core, S AM3+, 3.5GHz, 14MB

Freezes are often caused by memory problems. I notice you are using Generic brand memory which may be your problem.
