Title: East Tune, System Monitor

Easy Tune, System Monitor show System Fans 3 and 4 as zero rpm, yet the fans are spinning.  Ideas?

How and where are the fans connected?

Looking at the diagram for this mobo, SYS_FAN3 and 4 are on the bottom between the F_USB30_2 and COMA.
