Title: NT Kernel & System process high utilization after sleep/resume on z68x-ud3h-b3
Post by: John Galt on May 31, 2015, 02:40:21 pm
I have a z68x-ud3h-b3 F11 bios running Windows 7 64 bit with an i5-2500k CPU and a 6870 video card.

When I resume out of S3 sleep, the NT Kernel & System process starts taking a lot of CPU cycles. Only a reboot cures it.

I cannot end the task (without the system crashing). I've tried updating video drivers, etc., but nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions?

Any ideas? Should I try upgrading to the F12 BIOS?
